At MaxPetz Veterinary Hospital, we are committed to providing the highest quality veterinary care. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services and products.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of any prepaid consultation fee.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee may be charged.
- No-show: The full consultation fee will be charged.
Surgical and Procedure Deposits
Deposits paid for scheduled surgeries or procedures are refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled procedure. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit, except in cases of genuine medical emergency.
Diagnostic Services
Fees for diagnostic services (laboratory tests, imaging, etc.) that have already been performed are non-refundable, as these represent actual costs incurred.
Products and Medications
Unopened products and medications may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed due to safety regulations.
Emergency Services
Emergency consultation and treatment fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
