About Dr. Kalpna Thakur
Dr. Kalpna Thakur is a Veterinary Surgeon and Radiologist with a strong foundation in small animal medicine, surgery, and diagnostic imaging. She completed her BVSc & AH in 2020, followed by an MVSc in Veterinary Surgery & Radiology in 2022 from CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSKHPKV), Palampur, Himachal Pradesh.
Her postgraduate thesis focused on small animal dentistry. Her clinical training began with a six-month internship during her undergraduate studies, followed by two years of hands-on clinical training and experience during her postgraduate program.
Dr. Thakur has been a valued member of the MaxPetZ team since 2022. Her clinical experience includes comprehensive OPD and IPD management, emergency and critical care, soft tissue surgery, and diagnostic imaging. She currently focuses on MRI diagnostics, advanced imaging, and small animal dentistry, helping provide accurate diagnoses and improved treatment outcomes for companion animals.
